About Thrive

Your bridge back to a purposeful career

Thrive is a six-month, project-based return-to-work program open throughout the year. Designed for professionals resuming their careers after a break of one year or more, Thrive offers structured mentorship from senior leaders, live project work running at scale for health systems, and peer learning.

With Thrive, you will expand your professional network and refresh key skills to fast-track your career in a supportive environment. At the end of the program, you will have the opportunity to apply for a full-time role at the cutting-edge of healthcare technology with us.

If you are on a career break and would like to express your interest in working with us, please email your resume to thrive@providence.org. We will respond to you when a role match is available.
We have a standard interview process to ensure that every candidate has a consistent interview experience regardless of the role.
The Thrive program brings you up to speed on the latest technologies and processes based on real-time projects, helping you build key skills required to fast-track your career. You will have the opportunity to learn about healthcare as a domain, get hands-on experience on live projects, be mentored by leaders, and apply for a full-time role once you successfully complete the program.
The Thrive program takes place over a period of 6 months from the date the program begins.
Thrive participants are associates who will have the opportunity to apply for full-time roles after successfully completing the program.
Yes, we welcome referrals.
There is no bond or contract required to be part of the Thrive Program.
There is no fee or deposit to be part of the Thrive Program.
Based on successful completion of the program, performance and internal business requirements, there is an opportunity for Thrive associates to become full-time employees/caregivers.
Thrive is a full-time 6-month program. Upon successfully completing the program, you will have the opportunity to apply for a full-time role at Providence Global Center, based on your performance and internal business requirements.
Full-time caregiver (employee) benefits are not applicable to Thrive roles during the internship.
